My Milkman
As Aussie Farmers Direct continues to grow, so does our product range! Your milkman now delivers milk, bread, juice, eggs, cheese, butter, coffee, bagels, bacon, pasta, deli-style ham and more!
All of these products are delivered to your door for FREE when you order three or more items. Deliveries occur before 7am twice a week. You simply leave your esky bag out at night and wake up to fresh goods in the morning. How convenient!
My Greengrocer
Our fruit and vegetables are as fresh as you could hope for without growing them yourself! We source produce direct from our growers and always aim to supply the freshest local produce possible.
You can choose from pre-selected family or couples boxes where the contents change weekly, so you will always have different healthy produce to eat and cook with! All boxes are seasonal and contain the best available products and are great value for money. If you would rather select what you receive each week, you can choose the Pick & Pack option. Pick & Pack allows you to customise your weekly fruit and vegetable order to suit your needs. Fresh from the farm gate to your door!
My Butcher
Our Aussie Farmers Direct fresh meat range offers flavoursome prime cuts with quality you can taste. We use only the best locally sourced product for each state, in order to make sure that our customers are supporting their own local economy and receiving the freshest beef, lamb, chicken and seafood possible.
Our meat is pasture bred and fed on a farm and it is fresh and never frozen. Like many restaurants, we use Cryovac vacuum sealed packaging which helps to keep your meat fresher for longer! Meat is delivered up to twice a week along with your milk and bread order.

We work closely with our Aussie farmers and suppliers - to offer fresh, healthy and delicious, 100% Australian grown, made & owned food to everyday Australians.

1. WHAT IS AUSSIE FARMERS DIRECT?
Aussie Farmers Direct provides a FREE* home delivery service bringing 100% Australian products direct from the farmer to your doorstep, saving you time, effort and money. *Subject to minimum order requirements.
2. WHICH AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to all states across Australia, except Northern Territory and Tasmania, covering most metropolitan areas and some regional towns. If the website isn't able to determine your address simply give us a call and we can check the area for you.
3. HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Simply complete the Sign Up process on this page and once you've received your confirmation email, log in to your account and place your first order.
4. WHAT CAN I ORDER?
Products include fresh fruit and vegetables from the 'greengrocer', delicious cuts of meat and seafood from the 'butcher' and a range of dairy, bakery items and general groceries from the 'milkman'. Order a range of specific items, or try a pre-selected box containing a variety of seasonal fruit or vegetables.
5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Your fruit & veg orders are delivered once a week*, between 2pm and 7pm. Everything else (milk, bread and meat etc.) is delivered twice a week overnight, between midnight and 7am. You don't need to be at home to receive your deliveries; we simply place your order by your door, or somewhere else if requested. If you are planning a holiday just log in to your account and select a delivery break, or give us a call and we can put your deliveries on hold until you return. (*You will be notified of the delivery for your area at the time of sign up)
6. AM I TIED IN TO A CONTRACT, AND HOW DO I PAY FOR MY DELIVERIES?
Part of the convenience of Aussie Farmers Direct is that we do not lock you in to a contract - order however much you need, whenever you need it. The easiest method of payment is with a credit card or direct debit, with your weekly purchases being charged on Friday the week after your delivery - so you don't have to pay upfront.
7. ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery for your fruit & veg is free, providing you spend $25 or more. For any orders under $25, there will be a scaled delivery fee of up to $5. When you purchase 3 or more items from the milkman and butcher range delivery is also free. Orders of just one item are not accepted, but delivery can be arranged for customers requiring only 2 items, with a small delivery fee of $1.
8. WHAT IF I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT OR BLOCK OF FLATS?
Unfortunately if you have a secure door our Milkmen will not be able to gain access overnight and guarantee the safe delivery of your order. If you can arrange an alternative spot however, we are more than happy to arrange delivery. Fruit and veg orders are delivered in the afternoon, so it may be a more convenient time to gain access to your building. In both cases, please check with us first to see if your local milkman can arrange delivery.
9. HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS DELIVERED
With your first milk and bread delivery you will receive a free esky, keeping your produce fresh and chilled. Please remember to leave your esky out the night before your deliveries, especially on hot nights. If you forget to leave out your esky we will still deliver your produce though. Fruit & veg orders will be delivered in a cardboard box each week. For food safety reasons we can't re-use your boxes, and your milkman won't always have the space to take them for recycling.
10. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AND HOW?
Changes to your order can be made by 2pm the day prior to your delivery, apart from Monday deliveries which need to be finalised by 2pm Saturday. You can make a change by simply logging into your account online or giving us a quick call. You can arrange a regular order and we'll deliver the same items to you weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Or, if you prefer you can just order what you want, when you want it by setting up a one-off order.
11. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A CONCERN?
For an immediate response to your query it's always best to contact our customer service department, we're on the phones Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and between 9am - 5pm on Saturdays (Daylight Savings EST).
